All personalised wear is non refundable unless we have made a mistake.
Should a faulty item be received please notify Pony Passion within 48 hours of receipt along with pictures. Items should be returned to Pony Passion head quarters via Royal Mail 2nd class tracked postage. Upon return Pony Passion will refund the postage cost to the customer to the value of £4.20 for under 2kg and either replace the item or provide a full refund dependent on current stock levels. Any return postage costs above this will not be considered unless discussed and agreed prior to return.
Refunds are made within 3 to 5 working days from receipt of the return via the original paypal transaction.
Pony Passion posts to the UK only. Should you be outside the UK please contact us via email or facebook messenger so we are able to discuss postage costs.
All items are sent via Royal Mail 2nd class tracked. Pony Passion holds no responsibility for orders being sent where the incorrect address has been given either when placing the order via the website or through facebook messenger and the cutsomers address on Paypal is incorrect.
